What to Expect at Your First Appointment

When you visit us for your hearing health, you will be greeted by Andrea, our front office team member.

We will begin your appointment with a conversation to get to know you. We will ask you about your hearing, your medical history, and your family history. This will help us understand the full picture of your hearing.

Then we will look inside your ears to determine your ear canal and eardrum are healthy. Once we’ve performed this ear exam, then we will move on to the hearing test.

The hearing test is quick and easy. We will assess your ability to hear different sounds at various levels and how well you recognize speech.

We will go over the results of your hearing test with you and answer any questions you may have.

If you would be a good candidate for hearing aids, we will recommend a couple options that we believe will best help you. We offer on-going follow-up care and support to all of our patients, so you won’t ever feel alone during your hearing journey.
